Hi! I just got my GCASH card todayand I had tried inputting my information but it's declined? This message pops out:

I don't have any problem adding card for my Maya or GCash card. It goes successful.

But don't you worry, we accept the following payment methods.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit / Debit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX)
• Mobile Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya)
• 0%-interest installment plans up to 24 months via credit card (selected banks)
• DragonPay Online Bank Transfer
• Voucher codes
• Trade-in

In the meantime, if you have any trouble using GCash again, please call their customer support on 28821.
