Recently Samsung has stop allowing their Samsung Notes app to run on non-Samsung PC/Laptop/computers other than Samsung Book, you won't able to run the app (installed from Microsoft Store) in Windows 10 or 11 any more.

STEP 1:
In order to run the Samsung Notes for Windows, you have to UNINSTALL the latest version (4.3.182.0 or later) and reinstall the previous version 4.3.150.0 which is working.

STEP 2:
Check the new comment with download links below, and download the file. You may search online for this file, or check the comments below for the download link shared by people or me.
The old methods/steps to download SAMSUNGELECTRONICSCoLtd.SamsungNotes_4.3.150.0_neutral_~_wyx1vj98g3asy.msixbundle file has no longer valid.

STEP 3:
Make sure you have installed Samsung Account App too before using Samsung Notes app.

Login to your Samsung Account after installation. This is important, because Samsung Notes app depending on this app.

STEP 4:
After installation completed, you can login with your Samsung Account and Samsung Notes to sync all contents/notes from your phone.

Foot Notes:
Turn off auto update for Microsoft Store to avoid auto update of Samsung Note to latest version. If you wanted to update all apps, please complete the update MANUALLY one by one for all apps (EXCEPT Samsung Notes).

IF you Accidentally update Samsung Notes.
Repeat above steps to switch Samsung Note version back to 4.3.150.0 (the latest version that works for Non-Samsung/Galaxy PC)

Quick question: Sharing this here would allow Samsung's inconsiderate management to have a look at what we're up to,no?

No. This is the only solution I found and hope it helps people who have same situation like me. It's up to Samsung to think whether they really care to their product users. We may change to other brands if they really loose their sight.

there is another solution, which doesn't involve possibly dodgy downloads or compromising updates. Use Phone Link. You can then view apps such as Samsung Notes on your PC. How do I know? I am doing it now.

It's good to see your generous sharing of the new solution. We can use Samsung Dex too as alternative. For those who still prefer Samsung Notes on Windows, they still can continue to use it with my method of installation.

Thank you so much for your effort!

We as the consumers have to show those big companies, that we don't like to get fooled.

Because of this consumer-unfriendly decision by Samsung I have actively decided not to buy a Samsung laptop. If Samsung Notes had still been available to everyone in the Windows Store, I would definitely have bought a Samsung Galaxy Book.

For the future, we can only hope that the trend of locking consumers into ecosystems will soon come to an end, as legislators are also slowly catching up and putting the so-called "big players" in their place.
