Help me w Secured Folder

I forgot my password and there no button of "Forgot Password" in the app. Have anyone know how to solve this ?

I have try may time, but the one that pop up is "try again 30 minutes later" and so on. But no "Forgot Password" button.

not really i think, cause i remember create a new password for it.

I also try to key in my phone phone password, also cannot open the file. 😢
