Hi guys! I'm newbie user of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Everything went well except when I use apps like IG & Tiktok, content like ig story/video the resolution are so poor. Eventhough I already turn off Data Saver in both apps, eventhough my data speed internet is pretty fast (5G fullbar) but why the resolution of video is so poor. If I use my wifi, the resolution seems like okay with great quality. Anyone faced this issue?

I already hit "High quality media upload" my friend.

I think my telco the main issue here.

Like I said, it's always wifi dependent so not always telco's fault. You can try wifi hotspot-ting other phone and use the wifi.
