OthersHi metdm! If your Samsung A50 has no sound:
- Check if your phone is connected to another device where the sound might be redirected.
- Clean the speakers in case they're clogged.
- Update your phone's software.
- If the issue persists, troubleshoot by:
- Removing any connected external devices.
- Checking Bluetooth connections.
- Increasing the volume.
- Verifying the protective film on your device.
- Restarting your phone.
- Rebooting your device in safe mode.
- As a last resort, performing a factory reset.
