Hi metdm! If your Samsung A50 has no sound:

  1. Check if your phone is connected to another device where the sound might be redirected.
  2. Clean the speakers in case they're clogged.
  3. Update your phone's software.
  4. If the issue persists, troubleshoot by:
    - Removing any connected external devices.
    - Checking Bluetooth connections.
    - Increasing the volume.
    - Verifying the protective film on your device.
    - Restarting your phone.
    - Rebooting your device in safe mode.
    - As a last resort, performing a factory reset.
