On Samsung, you can go to your mobile hotspot settings and generate a temporary password, then generate a separate qr code for it. Also, WiFi network will be shared when you're connected to WiFi.
I wish there's a quicker way to do this - like perhaps add a pop-up that lets you share the temporary password or qr code whenever you tap the mobile hotspot icon on the quick settings panel.
At the moment, routines doesn't offer such option
