You can definitely set a live wallpaper, just like you would do a regular wallpaper. You can go on Settings > Wallpaper > tap on Gallery and select a video you want as your live wallpaper > choose between Home screen, Lock screen, or both > tap Set.

As for the sites you can search for different live wallpapers, I highly suggest downloading third-party wallpaper apps because it's a much more convenient way of setting a live wallpaper (which is through the app). I also recommend Unsplash, although it doesn't really have any videos that can be set as live wallpapers. But you can download beautiful and high-quality images—even in 4K—for free. 😊
