To bring down the Google search bar to bottom press it long till you can move it.

Hi. You just need to tap and hold the google search bar for you to move it. Just make sure that you did not lock your home screen layout.

If you are using the default Samsung browser, just go Settings then click Layout and menu. Click bottom then you're good to go.
