We appreciate that you are writing this inquiry to us. Kindly be informed that we have a few methods to transfer data using Samsung Smart Switch. Please allow us to furnish you with all 3 methods to transfer data using Samsung Smart Switch.
1. Backup and transfer data through Samsung Smart Switch PC
You can backup the phone's data through Samsung Smart Switch. Please follow the instructions below to backup your phone's data.
a) Download and install Smart Switch Software on PC or Mac by following the web-links mentioned below.
- For PC: https://www.samsung.com/global/download/smartswitchwin
- For Mac: https://www.samsung.com/global/download/smartswitchmac
b) Connect your phone to PC or Mac with a USB cable.
c) Launch Smart Switch on your PC or Mac.
d) On the Smart Switch screen, click MORE.
e) Click Preferences, then select the Backup items tab.
f) Select the content types you would like to backup, then click OK.
g) Click Backup on the main Smart Switch screen. It may take several minutes for the backup to be completed.
h) Now, remove the old mobile device, and connect your new Galaxy device to the computer with the USB cable.
i) Restore from the backup file
j) After connecting the device, click ‘Restore’, and select the latest backup file from the pop-up menu. Now select the items that you want to restore, and hit ‘let’s transfer’.
2. Backup and Transfer data Wirelessly through Samsung Smart Switch
a) Backup your data on your old device via Cloud Storage
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Cloud Storage/iCloud
- Backup Cloud Storage/iCloud
Note: Ensure connection to WiFi to commence backup
b) Launch Smart Switch on your new Galaxy Smartphone
- Go to Settings
- Select Cloud and accounts
- Select Smart Switch and select Wireless
c) To begin transfer, select your Galaxy Smartphone to receive and select the old mobile device accordingly when prompted.
d) Sign in to your Cloud Storage/iCloud account from your Galaxy smartphone.
e) Select your data content and tap on the “Transfer” button to begin transferring your files.
3. Transfer data using USB cable
a) Go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Smart Switch`> select “USB Cable”
b) Connect both devices with the USB cable and USB connector to begin
c) Select the content you want to transfer from your old device and tap on “Transfer” button to begin transferring your files.

Or bought new phone and like to transfer from old Samsung phone to new Samsung phone?
There are many ways to do it whether it's securely with expiration date or just a simple web link that recipient can download from...

OthersI have been caught and decided if I get a new phone fr. Samsung
I'll rather jus use for simplest. Within my budget
And *** use of Samsung
So if I dun get eg
Latest like note..(*latest)
2. Latest of s series
Wld.i be able to use for simple basic features and use Ai latest
And give me lots of air time fpr at least 1yr or get a sim or e sim

So my 1yr phome.is broken
But still.can function normal
Need to know if I transfer my s21FE
Would I be able to a least use it to transfer efficiently all data described on the smart switch
And once u write to me or havw reply
I'll be able to use my budget to get samsung under my budget
As my present samsung s21 FE
Had cracked screen but usable for normal.function
Please guide my buying or I'll jus go without a phome
