How can i unmount my sd card i cant find it my device is samsung a50s

I am really having a hard time with my Galaxy A-71, with respect to the audio calling, the other line cannot hear me , what could probably be the reason, all the other features are ok, what will I do? Can this be a network issue? I am on a postpaid plan. and my account is current and active. no back accounts.
