I can't sign in to my old samsung account

My last mobile number that was registered in my old samsung account is already expired. So, hindi na talaga ako maka log in sa old samsung account ko kasi the only option na I can choose is to receive a verification code through that number pero obviously I can't do that kasi wala na nga yung mobile number na yun. Sana lang magbigay pa sila ng another options to log in or verify the accounts hindi lang through mobile number. Eager akong buksan ulit kasi may hinahanap akong file. Hoping na nandun lang nakatago sa account na yun.

If you have enabled another verification from it like an authenticator app or saved the backup codes that they sent you, you can still recover it aside from your mobile number. If none of those is available, then you're locked out.

Now, with respect to your old Samsung account which was registered with your lost mobile number, its impossible to sign in on your old account if you don't have access to that mobile number registered on that old account.

The backup codes will not be sent to your e-mail; it will be shown on your device's screen after you set up 2FA. Then it will prompt you to take screenshots or copy, and save them somewhere safe, secure and accessible to you only.
