I cant update my note 20u 5g to one ui 4

Im stuck at one ui 3.1 i set my regions to use to both bixby and samsung account but still no updates. Please give me some tips or reasons because i know it can update up to one ui 5 and one ui 5 ONLY i dont wanna go to one ui 6

Check out GSMArena website. They have links and guides in flashing your FW to your preferred version. You will lose all data when you flash. So backup accordingly

Flashing is the only wat to select a version you want. OTA will only push the latest to your device. Since you're not updated. Your device is probably not set to receive updates. Or your device is not local to where you are.

Can you teach me how? I know it needs a laptop or computer but idk how to flash

It can be scary, at first, but there are flashing guides using ODIN on the net. I think I got mine from GSMArena or was it just the FW. I'm gettjng this from recollection since I haven't flashed any of my devices for a long time.

Where should you be able to download some versions of one ui? I downloaded one ui 6 through vulcan but i dont know which tuts are working since some include home buttons.

Ooooh, I haven't tried separate One UI. Usually the XTC firmware comes with the OneUI version
