Letting Go... Galaxy Watch 4 Silver Order

Long post ahead. Closure post on my first online purchase experience with Galaxy.

Last Friday, got my hopes up na kaya pa maprocess ang same order pero today confirmed na hindi na nga. Considering the time passed.

Heartbroken but oh well, I will get over it soon enough. By then, maybe I'll find that best deal with a Samsung physical store since it may take awhile for me to trust another purchase from the online store. 

The feedback from CS is that it appeared in their system "client refused to receive item" and "client requested refund" 🥺😢 I didn't. I was too excited to having this item to ever consider canceling. 

No email sent to me that the item is ready for pickup. No status update online that the item is ready for pickup. Noooooooooo calls or messages at all. But there is an email for the refund process from acommerce. Sigh.

Why did I choose store pick up in the first place? Well, I assumed it would be better taken cared of since it will be delivered to the store. Should there be any issues with the item, I'm already at a Samsung store where I can easily ask in one go. Plus, lesser issues with locating address since it is a Samsung branch in a commercial space. 😕 I guess it could have turned out differently if I chose delivery to home address.

Why did it take me too long to reach out via phone call? First, I've had none stop projects and not much free time. And to be honest, I find calling customer service a chore. That's why I have only been checking out the status online (from the website samsung.com where I ordered) and through the live support app in the past few months. 

Online purchase is supposedly built for convenience. Few clicks and done! No calling for inquiry. No frequent follow up calls to ensure item is available. Online = convenience. Apparently, not for me this time around.

Charge to first time experience buying from the galaxy. 

Atleast now I know that our customer service is more accessible through calls.

Noted on that.

Putting this face here for myself to laugh at in months to come. 

😂 amusing how I found myself in tears after I ended the call...pent-up frustrations? I got carried away with the phone call with the CS. I tried my best not to be an irate client. 

Phew. Okay lang. ✌️ Okay na. Move on.
