Member Benefits not reflecting in new phone

I logged out my email form my old phone's samsung member profile but still the "Benefits" are not showing. What coule be the issue? I am using the same email as previous samsung phone where the Benefits are reflecting.  Anyone can explain? Tia.

A) First, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications.

B) Restarting your device.

Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

C) Check and confirm your Benefits under Samsung Members app.

Open Samsung Members app > Tap Benefits >

I see my new phone included in My Product. Do i need to do "+Register" ?

Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage, then tap Clear cache.
