Modify Sunset/Sunrise schedule for Bixby routines

Just like the time frame that's based on the exact times, you can modify the sunrise to sunset or sunset to sunrise schedule in Bixby routines. It just won't allow you to set a routine to start more than an hour before or after sunrise or sunset.
