Hello!

I'd like to ask for help, since it's already been a problem to me for a year. This may sound like a dumb question for others but I can't send mms/rcs using the Samsung messages app, only sms. I don't encounter any trouble when I'm using the Google messages app. The only reason why I'm persistent on fixing this issue is because I like the interface of the samsung messages app. TYIA!!

Try this,
- Clear data of messages app (doesn't delete your messages)
- Turn off wifi and open your data connection
- Try setting up the chat features again
- Don't close the app for 5 mins as its trying to verify your mobile number
- Close the app, remove it from recents list, then open again
This works for me.
