not yet. i've already tried everything except resetting my phone to its factory setting.

I did reset my camera to default setting and even factory data reset as advised by a representative I've talked to through live chat and nothing seems to work. This issue occured right after the update. They want me to bring the device to the nearest service center. So inconvenient.
