The One UI 8 beta has been out for some time, and after watching videos about it, I don’t think updating my Galaxy A55 to One UI 8 is worth it. The update doesn’t introduce significant changes, offering only a few minor features. I prefer to update my phone when there’s a major UI overhaul, as there was with One UI 7. Perhaps One UI 8.5 or One UI 9 will bring that, but for now, One UI 8 doesn’t feel compelling enough to upgrade.

One ui 8, is the refine version of what one ui 7 could have been. I would expect system fluidity, stability and as well as reduced battery drain .

Othersbut still you need to install One UI 8.0 if you wanna jump to One UI 8.5 via OTA. So i suggest just install One UI 8.0 when arrive to your A55
it's not about minor change, it's about the security patch that come with it, newer security patch offers better security than previous one, so whenever there's a new OS update with newer security patch, go grab it for better security for your phone
