Hello, my device is a second hand phone and I can't use sim card because of Netwok Lock, I'm the one who set the Network lock but I forgot about it, I don't remember the Number, password and even the carrier sim is, it's been a year since I last used this. Is there a way to fix this?

Kindly confirm and clarify your statement.
Usually if a device is locked to a network, this means it is locked to a carrier.
If you're partaining to a sim lock, best to coordinate with your service provider.
If the device was purchased online or overseas, the only way for you to have it "unlocked" is to coordinate with the provider of the device from the country of origin legally.
If the approach is illegal/ gray market, I have no idea as I've never had the need of doing such.
