this is phone to many time update apps, cause phone become hanging frequently, very disappointed buy this brand samsung, maybe be there are make it this happened to allow customer buy new model every year. **bleep** samsung phone, I will never buy and recemmend to this brand forever.............

yeah maybe you are lucky, get good quality for me maybe I got low quality or down grade that why its happened to me, samsung should sale only good quality for customer, for your infomation I have note2 and note3 and now note10+ all happened same as before after update performace become abnormal and always hanging, battery fast drawn.
