Hello sa lahat,HAPPY NEW YEAR..!,naranasan ko po sa aking samsung a73 one ui 5 na hindi gumama ang charger akala ko sira yong charger pero ng sinubukan sa ibang charger hind talaga guma sinubukan kong i clear ang data and partition pero hindi talaga kaya,nereset ko ang setting talagan hindi na talaga gumagana ang charger akala ko yong charger port yong sira buti nlang naisipan kong i clear yong data ng #DEVICE CARE!! at sinubukang e-charger, boom...gumana😅😅

I think youre using the third-party charger. Use the charger that came from the phone out of the box.

Hindi sa Samsung store ko to nabili at Ska maraming original charger dito

You can also submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Power/Battery/Charging".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
