I don't think it affects productivity but I think it doesn't look polished. Sometimes the shadow at the bottom part has a sharp cut but sometimes (I think it's nicer to look at) it fades gradually.
I've removed blur in multistar and reduced blur in settings but those didn't do anything so I can't control or disable the shadow around pop-ups.
Wiped cache partition and repaired apps, the shadow's still the same.
