Got to read the comments and frustrations of customers on their online purchased delivery. Same issue with my items, it was mentioned that it will be delivered within 4-5 working days. Ordered on 20-Jul but up to now, the status is 'Preparing Dispatch'. Tried to check with their online agent, was shocked that this will be completed within 5-7 working days and not so much help with their customer service response. Then it will take about 2-3wks after purchased, the 'supposedly 4-5 working days as stated on their site was misleading. First time to purchase in Samsung PH and it was a terrible experience. They should inform the customer that it will take about a month to be delivered and not 4-5 working days. TSK!
Hi! Is there a way we can contact Samsung's courier Consegnia? Their contact number available in their website is unserviceable. My parcel is supposed to be delivered today, but it's the day's end the courier has not reached out to coordinate the delivery.
Yeah same here. The cust service rep won't do anything either. They will just make it look like they requested for the item to be expedited and tell u to wait forever. Lol. Never again.
