Hi! You can try to call the store to confirm if your order has indeed arrived - as the status only reflects that item is out of warehouse, it could still be with the dispatch or sorting centre depending on which store you are collecting it from.
Normally when the status changes to "Ready to Pick Up", then only you can collect your phone. And depending on which store you ordered it from, sometime they will personally call/whatsapp you to notify the phone arrival.
