Try clearing data from the device care in the settings>app>device care then restart.. if it persists try wiping the cache partition in recovery mode, if still not solved last option would be reset to factory..

Go to settings
Apps
See those lines at the top of the lists?
Just click that and Turn on Show system apps. Then tap ok
Now you look for that specific app...

Hello ramirezcarlosmiguel,

Sorry to hear that, about your experience with your Samsung Galaxy phone having issues with specific media codec apps that's overloading your CPU and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Reset your device.

Codecs are often designed to emphasize certain aspects of the media to be encoded.

Enable Safe Mode and delete the media codec app or the associated apps in it.

Step 1. Tap on the Power icon on the Notification panel.

Step 2. Then, press and hold the Power off menu.

Step 3. Then, tap on Safe Mode.

Locate and uninstall the Media codec App.

Step 1. Go to Settings.

Step 2. Navigate to Apps.

Step 3. See those lines at the top of the lists?

Step 4. Just click that and Turn on Show system apps. Then, tap ok. Now you look for that specific app.
