Hi. I was able to enable it in S23 Ultra a few days ago but I just found out now that I can no longer disable it. I don't wanna disable it but the button is grayed out while in "ON" position. I'm not sure if it's working because it's grayed out. My phone didn't lose or gain charge the whole session of the game and the battery indicator looks like it's still charging. I didn't get an overheating warning as I'd usually get on Note20 Ultra when gaming while charging. It's warm on the area near the cameras.

I thought it was game plugins that's causing this but it's still the same even after uninstalling game plugins.

Update:

I now get it. I was able to activate it at home using a Samsung Note20 Ultra charger. My charger in our dorm is only a 20W PD by Aukley. I think this feature requires at least 25W PD charger. I might buy a 30W charger one day. Thank you for your replies.

Is it still plugged in to the charger when you tried to disable it? As what i have observed, turning it off/on is only available when it is plugged in.

Here..

1. Be sure to have an up-to-date Game Launcher installed
2. Plug in a USB-PD charger
3. Open any game from within the launcher
4. Swipe home, and open game launcher again
5. Follow the images20230815_193248_1000000936_1692099275.jpg20230815_193411_1000000938_1692099251.jpg20230815_193512_1000000939_1692099312.jpg

Sorry, I forgot - your charger should be at least 25W PD charger to use this feature.

Hey there, EllisKai! You can try to disable it while your cable is unplugged. Have you also tried to reboot your phone before disabling the option? 😊

I've restarted, booted to android recovery and repaired apps, it's still the same.

And you can't disable it (or do anything with the toggle) while the phone's unplugged.
