I think it would be better to have a totally different home screen for focus mode. It currently just offers to change the wallpaper, change screen orientation, ringtone and some limited settings, and disable apps. What if switching focus modes feels like switching phones - with different available and visible apps, different home screen set up (apps and widgets), different font, different clock timezone and time format, different notification sound, or maybe different launcher, etc? Charging focus means changing priorities - the disabled apps shouldn't be visible at all that you can get tempted to tap on it to easily change the setting, and it isn't just charging wallpaper, lockscreen and AOD.
I was looking for these but I couldn't find them.
The good thing about it is it can be set as a condition or an action in routines
If you only want it to be active at a specific time frame and location, you can use it as an action for a routine just like what I did here.
