Did this issue happen after updating your software? If it did, you can send an error report to let our Samsung devs know about this issue. If it didn't, have you tried resetting the network settings? It might be that you're having network connectivity problems with your mobile service provider. Resetting the network settings to default might help: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-reset-network-settings-on-the-galaxy-s21/
