NOTE: I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS OF S24 AND S25 BUT THIS IS FOR MY OWN OBSERVATION AND MY PHONE IS S24 ULTRA.
After 4 days of observation with no single incident of pulsating lens
So i did my own investigation regarding this issue, for almost a year i am using UAG Plasma XTE case with magsafe, this case have phone stand ring and not so strong magsafe on the back, while i was wondering what causes this issue it suddenly comes to my mind that OIS can be affected by magnetic field so i try to make an experiment luckily i have a case that doesn't have magsafe with me, so i replaced UAG with nilkin (no magsafe) and the issue doesn't show anymore "as for me" i can't say if this is the issue with others but now that this issue is resolved i'll stay away from magsafe case, as I didn't use wireless charging or magsafe accessories so it's not big deal for me. But if this is really the issue why this vibrating/pulsating thing happening when switching lens it's very dissappointing for some users.
Update as of today, no single incident of pulsating in the camera when switching lens, i am now 100% positive that this problem occurs on my s24 ultra because of magsafe
Update as of 22 May 2025, when i turn on focus enhancer it happens again on main camera without switching lens, but when focus enhancer is off no pulsating of camera when switching lens
