Samsung battery pack not working (Resolved)

Solution made: "Some tutorial suggested to long press it for 7.5 seconds, that did not work. Out frustration, I pressed the power button multiple times consecutively."

My samsung battery pack 10k mah suddenly not working. When I plugged it to charge, there's no light. I haven't even used it more than 10 times after purchasing it on May. Tried long pressing the button, still no light. 😣

Now I'm having a second thought on buying a device I've been planning to buy from samsung .🫤

The thing is that I can't mark my comment as a solution. There's only 2 option, edit or delete. Maybe samsung could add that feature in the future.

Ah, yes. Can you edit your topic that it's resolved? The system sees it as resolved as you accepted Andrei's reply anyway but I couldn't see that while browsing the forum. Perhaps tou can edit the topic title.
