Samsung Find Website Issue Affecting Smart Tag 2 locating devices via double press 

All devices are showing offline in samsungfind.samsung.com and smart things app but they are all currently online, it was working a week ago but for some reason they are all showing offline.

Hey JuicyJacob16,

Have you tried logging into the Samsung Find website again?

You can also try restarting your offline devices to reset their location within the app.

That kind of troubleshooting is so basic i have tried it mutiple times, I hope you have samsung device in your office, please try to visit samsungfind.samsung.com and see for yourself or see if you experience the same problem in addition, the "ring" to locate is missing too check the samsung find server because I found something interesting let me post it here

Still not working, samsung tech support doesnt know anything, planning to go to samsung experience store but i bet you they dont know anything to resolve this issue too.
