Your beloved Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 have to be assessed first by our Samsung engineers and technicians and if they found out damage induced as per the below lists, charges may apply.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual;
- Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage;
- Damage, losses, defects, or malfunction as a result of fire, flood, or other acts of God also animal or insect infestations;
- Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains;
- Defects or damage resulting from testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by Samsung, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which shall void this limited warranty;
- Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
- General maintenance & routine servicing;
- Claims for damaged or missing parts after 7 days from the date of purchase;
- If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person other than a Samsung authorized technician;
- Any equipment/product which has its serial number removed or made illegible or tampered.
- Use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, applications, installation, repairs, external wiring, connectors not supplied and/or authorized by Samsung, or which damage this product or result in service problems

OthersI have the same experience. Suddely i saw a bit of crack on the other side of my flip 4 samsung. and I bring it to the nearest Samsung Service Center. What I found. The warranty has the right of replacement but there are some conditions. If the device found any physical damge. The warranty of replacement cannot be used. Warranty of replacement is only or parts and services. Like they will replace the Screen, Battery, etc. etc. So I bring to the service center and there was a youngster who is saying he a technician from samsung and stated and declare that my device has a physical damage so warranty is voided. I got irritated. Because they quoted me a 411sgd for them to replace the physical damage that they are saying.
Samsung is a tactic of warranty. They are making a money. Well. Its a business! As a customer, The FLipz was reported a nice device during the day1. and now. where is their advertisement that the unit of flip4 in hardware is good.
I hate Samsung service suddenly. HELLOW SAMSUNG. PLEASE before you provide an assessment to the phone. can make it like a reasonable!
NOT JUST TO MAKE MONEY> WE PAY A 1000 plus in DOLLAR. BECAUSE OF YOUR ADVERTISEMENT THAT WE BELIEVED THAT THE UNIT IS ALL GOOD. AND NOW SUDDENLY THERE IS GLITCH ON THE SIDE SHOW UP!!! HOW TO ESCALATE!!! THIS IS A 1000 PLUS DOLLARS PHONE. PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE PLEASE!!!
