Samsung Members app not having anything in the benefits tab

As the title says. This has been ongoing for months now. I researched here and there are a lot of people experiencing the same issue. Ive done the uninstall reinstall and clear cache and hard boot routine. Nothing so far. This has got be an app related issue.

Do we see a solution for this? I missed out on the promo for the Tab S8 ultra because it wasnt there.

Same. I wanted to use the promo for tablet but nothing was appearing on my end so I ended up with an A8 instead of an S series due to budget issue 😑

Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage, then tap Clear cache.

I want to redeem the promo for the Tab S8 Ultra, but it was too late. The promo ended. I tried so many times before it ended, but it keeps displaying the "No content" error. I think it's a server issue or an app issue.
