Hi Samsung Users, I want to ask, is this chat feature same like imessage on Apple. Does it mean we can chat other Samsung users for free without been charged by telco's bill?

the one in Samsung Messages is not yet available. It's the Google Messages that does support RCS (similar to the one platform u mentioned)
