Samsung Rewards Redemption

The reward items are not attractive at all like a small yogurt for 2450 points and one cookie for 2750 points. The items are mostly confectionery and it would be nice to have back supermarket vouchers like Fairprice $5 voucher for 2500 points.

basically it's like $4 discount for 2000 points if u were to use to offset future online purchases...lol
well samsung isn't in business of offering Goods Rewards ..& this is not going to improve at time soon.. or in the next 5 years ? lol

The loyalty rewards market is big and Samsung would have to scale up then to improve its loyalty marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.

And besides building customer loyalty, Samsung could harness and monetize our consumer data for consumer behaviour analysis. So, it makes business sense for Samsung to improve its loyalty rewards program.

that's what they should do. My gut feel is that because they see our SG market as a small , tiny part of thier overall income stream. Plus they know thier position is number in the android market .. So they basically don't give a *** abt us SG consumers .

I still remember in 2018.. there was a limited redemption of a Wireless Charger pad for about 800 points (can't remember the actual points). Good old days..

there was a recent article in our local news outlet, cant remember was it striats time or CNA.. cousumer had bought the issue about after software up , caused her S22 or S21 to have the Green Line cross the screen issue.
Because she read in this App community that samsung wasn't doing much or rather anything ..

And when the media did their research contacted Samsung SG for a comment .. They have not yet responsed ..lol Nor do I image that will be doing anytime soon ..lol
