Samsung S20 White Screen Issue

These are proof that ever since I had always preferred Samsung in my gadgets. Fast forward last 2020, I brought my first ever flagship phone which was the S20 Ultra 5G. Sadly after a year around August of this year 2022, I along with many other encountered the white screen problem of S20 series. No foc was provided even if my phone was still in a pristine state and after a month of back and forth emails and txts, I had to just pay for it. This was traumatizing for me because it was my first time to buy a flagship and expensive phone and only after a year this issue happens. I told myself I will never buy a flagship expensive phone from Samsung. I used to think with all the products I had with them which until now is still functioning, that they had a strong solid tech that's gonna last pretty long. But after this S20 mishap I could justify that the quality of the flagship is not at par as it was to before gadgets. Never again to Samsung!😞😒😔

Thanks for the offer, I had several emails sent to the Samsung CEO email but no one seems to credibly answer my concerns. Only an automated email that my concern was being looked at. I was forced to pay to have my phone fixed after a month of haggling. It's unfair since some issues were foc but SM City Cebu, is not providing foc. You'd have to pay.

same sa iphone 11 pro ng pinsan ko umabot lang 1 year tapos nabasa ayun nung ipapagawa nya aabot daw ng 30k. 😅 Kaya kahit ano sigurong brand at kahit anong ingat pwede parin talaga masira. Pero kahit ganun apple at samsung lang talaga pinagkakatiwalaan namin na mobile company...
