The app is Photo Exif Editor by Banana Studio - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.xnano.android.photoexifeditor 

But you have to enable GPS location on your phone and camera setting. 

This app is very useful if you want to have exact record of the location. It can also show EXIF meta data of your photo.

You can also use the online tool at https://geoprocessing.online/tool/photos-to-kmz/ to find out where your photos were taken and view the location on a map. You can view the resulting KMZ or KML file in Google Earth, where you will see pins at the places where you took the photos, and when you click on them you will see the photos you took plus EXIF information.
