Hi. I was able to download the Goodlock in my phone, a link was shared in here before. Please know that the modules inside the Goodlock are identical to the Nice Lock's.
Yes I know Good Lock modules are same as nice lock, I knew that.
But getting the app using that nice lock nor using vpn to get directly from galaxy store is I don't prefer. Hence opening them when you have internet and sim card active will detect you're in different country.
To setting up everything in modules you should enabled airplane mode this help you to not detected if your in another country then disabled it again after you close the apps.
That's actually an easy step to do, but I don't feel freedom doing that. I'd rather to wait them to be available in Philippines hence developers gradually support other countries too.
As far as I can tell, the only extra step in Nice Lock happens when installing a new module or updating an existing one. No need for airplane mode whatsoever.
As for the geo-restriction that Samsung has placed, I have absolutely no idea. It's borderline ridiculous. At first I thought it was only released in countries that recieved the snapdragon versions of their devices. But then I noticed the exynos units don't have a problem running Good Lock. So what gives??
Installing modules doesn't actually need to to do airplane mode or something, you can download and install them all with no problem. I use wrong term in my previous comment sorry for that.
Correction: It will only detect if you're in different country if you open Good Lock app, not actually setting up in modules app itself. Sorry for that, my bad!
And yeah my phone is exynos and every modules works fine with it.
