Specify apps to use microphone

When an app starts using the microphone, you'll get a

notification through which you can turn the microphone on or off for different apps.

Haven't tried it. Thanks. Odd, UI doesn't send notifs for access requests of apps. Usually it's just my call recorder I see this request from.
