Since my update to UI 3, I noticed that when I swipe for the status bar while in a full screen app it doesn't go away. I tried waiting but it just never goes away. Pls fix this software update. I've read in some other sites that the Google Pixl users also experience this bug. However Android has yet to fix this bug.
There's literally a note in the Full Screen Apps setting that not all apps can go full screen while it is turned on. It's beyond the system's control. It's up to the specific app.
