OthersI was playing around developer options and thought I might wanna change logger buffer size. Some people in the Internet are advising to make it 16M, saying the larger, the better; some say the exact opposite, the smaller, the better.
I saw that my phone's set to have 4M logger buffer size. So I thought maybe I can try to reduce it to 16k and I did, but I wasn't sure if I was the one who've set it to 4M before so I've disabled the developer option and re-enabled it to refresh its settings. The logger buffer size reverted to 4M so I think that's the default size.
Hmmm... I think the logger buffer size is used by devs to check the behaviour of their apps - it logs the process of the app or device (I'm just guessing here aha) and I'm not a developer, so I don't think I need that data unless I want a technician to check on my phone (I really am not sure). To make it short, I've disabled it. Here:
I don't think it's the same buffer size for audio. My voice recording seems to remain the same.
Now, I just feel like the phone's so much smoother. Or maybe it's just me. I haven't experienced any lag on this device yet so perhaps it's just my perception.
