hahaha, Samsung's poor reply for thier mistake .. & still unable to give an answer of weather this was a valid Transaction ..
But using poor language & explanation ..going round in circles again.., in trying to appease me the customer .. Why can't they just apologize for this Unfortunate & Unpleasant issue .. & get on with a urgent Resolution ... farking K s no balls to man up to their mistakes..

They need at least till late Mon or Tues to be able to give me a definite answer ..Because .. their not in control of their Payment Systems... the most critical part of a business operations , IMHO... lol

thanks for ur suggestion , but Samsung Outlet will do 'The Tachi' back to samsung online .. Because , there is no work harmony or integration between thier different Internal Dept... It's like , Gov Agency's and trying to always asssit ! By directing to the right EMAIL
