The way Bixby says the battery level

Maybe just me but it feels weird whenever I hear Bixby say "the remaining battery on your device is 100%" . It sounds like it could reach more than 100% and that 100% isn't really fully charged but it's just the remainder of what was lost since the charging stopped.

I'm not a native English speaker so I might say it this way:

Then perhaps change that to something like "the battery is fully charged" when it reached 100% and is still connected to the charger. 

I'm leaning towards Google assistant on this. It says "your battery level is ___%"

Grammatically, it's correct.

Also, if you want to get notified of your battery level automatically, you can utilize Routines for it.
