Where is better to trade-in? Physical stores or online?

I agree. I like to do it in a physical store, but sometimes there are extra discounts and some freebies when you do it online.

I agree. Online usually has original Samsung freebies. Yung suki kong tindahan Promate lang 😅. Ah original Samsung pala yung powerbank. Depende din sa offer. May stores na galante. Suki lang ako dun sa isa kse sure yung order ko. Dun sa sinubok kong tawid kalye sa amin. No show yung reserved, pre-ordered device, eh. Naawa din ako sa store at mukhang mahina sila ke Samsung.

In regard to this, why is it that the re-sell value of Samsung phones/tablets are low compared to Apple products? Is there a specific reason behind?

Because samsung releases 2 flagships a year unlike apple that has only 1. But if you trade apple device to apple itself, they buy apple phones lower than samsung trade in value. That's according to online magazines. Despite the lower resell value, at least we get advanced specs from Samsung
