Videos received from iPhone via WhatsApp are pixelated

Can anyone help me on how we go about to rectify this issue? The videos I receive from my dog trainer via WhatsApp are all pixelated I googled and this is due to difference in resolution between apple and android

Hi, what happens if u try to open the video from WhatsApp Desktop (from Windows laptop)?

On desktop videos r OK

But on phone is just pixilated

Hi sorry for the late reply. Any video that ur dog trainer sends to u, will be pixelated, is it?

Yes cause hers is iPhone 14

That's really weird to be honest. My family uses iPhone and I am the only Android user. But am able to watch videos, including sent by iPhone 14 Pro.

Probably, u may need to get help from Samsung Smart Tutor. U may want to try this platform, to see if u can get any insight on this issue.
