Voice Changer Features

1. Hello Mods! Is it possible to have a voice changer feature? Because i talked to one of the assistant on Live Support said its possible to add or give that features if i talk to one of the mods. Sadly its not available on my country (Philippines) thats why i really wanted to have that feature and i can email or chat my Serial No and etc...Thank you guys ill wait for replys thanks.
