If it can't detect the 5Ghz wifi signals, then maybe your phone doesn't support it. Search for the specs of your phone and look if it has 5Ghz support or not.

This phone model doesn't support 5GHZ WiFi. I used to own the same model that I bought from a physical Samsung store.

Unfortunately, Galaxy A12 is not 5g ready that's why it can't detect any 5G wifi. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Still, thank you for your unwavering support for Samsung! Keep safe always. 😊
