Need Information (please read)

Hello user, 

I have a galaxy book(laptop) and there is a long beep sound coming from my laptop. The sound comes in certain period of time for different time period. 

Went to Samsung store, told me no sound, suggested me to reset laptop, did the reset , still. No problem solved. 

Is anyone else have that problem

Need help to sort it out. Where to go? Whom to ask??

The beep code may be from the internal cooling fan. It can also occur on other internal devices. It's faster to contact the service center

I went to the Samsung store in
469, Suyeong-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan (Kakao Address) still they could not figure it out. Went twice.
They said it not the fan.
And another guy suggested me to format the Pc ...did the formatting.

Got no proper solution.
