I use Lightroom (free version) on my phone to edit photographs. Is there any good recommendation for video editing apps?

I use InShot.

InShot is a lightweight yet powerful editor that can export video clips in 4K or 1080P quality. Besides providing basic tools like trim, crop, rotate, etc., InShot also provides more than 60 transition effects and 1000+ stickers to customize your photos and videos. What's more, InShot users can export content directly to social media.

KineMaster and Filmora are pretty good too. But the free versions come with unremovable watermarks so there's that. :)

For video editing apps, InShot is a solid choice—user-friendly, packed with features like trimming, transitions, and effects, and great for both beginners and pros. You can check it out at InShotPro. Other good options include Adobe Premiere Rush for advanced tools and CapCut for quick, trendy edits.
