hi, wondering if anyone knows how to resolve this issue?
i was buying galaxy bud from galaxy shop website and since i think since it's my first order there, I got 10% discount and the amount was reflected in the total. then in the middle of payment process, suddenly the website said "cannot proceed with your transaction for now". then I tried again, but this time the 10% discount is no longer there.
so I'm wondering if the discount was already considered as used when my payment failed? if so, that's very tak aci lah. or if there's any tip to get the discount again? 10% is a lot tbh.
i think you can ask and check with the customer service. they are a bit slow but kinda helpful. also, your current order status is pending for payment or has been cancelled?
i see, means that voucher can be use again or it need sometime to cooldown and you can try again. but yes, you can contact them for more details using the live chat (the woman in a circle) haha. you are welcome 🙏
